Production Time / Shipping Information
Standard Production Time: 14 business days. An order acknowledgement and payment form will be sent (usually via email), and production time will not begin until it is reviewed and returned via fax, email, or mail. Production time does not include day order is placed or time in transit.
Rush Production Time: Available at additional cost. Rush charges vary depending on date requested and whether it will fit into our production schedule. Contact us with specific event date for more details.

STEP 2: Receive Your Order Acknowledgement
Within 1 business day, you will receive an order acknowledgement, payment form, and artwork proof (usually via email). This is sent as either a Microsoft Word or Adobe Acrobat attachment.

STEP 3: Complete Your Order
Print these sheets out, approve them via signature, and fax them back to us to complete your order. If you cannot fax back, we can accept these forms via mail instead.
