How to Submit Custom Artwork to SouvenirCups.com

Have questions about your artwork file before placing your order? We have provided some basic information below to assist you, or you may email us at art@stadiucups.com and we'll be happy to take a look at your art file and provide recommendations (if necessary). There are 3 ways to send your custom artwork to SouvenirCups.com.

1. Email art@SouvenirCups.com

Formats Preferred:
.eps | .pdf | .psd | .tif | .bmp | .jpg at 600dpi
or greater. If sending a large file 5mb or greater, please use a program such as WinZip or Stuffit to compact the file first.

2. FedEx, UPS, or Priority Mail

Camera-Ready Hard Copy:
A crisp black and white version of your logo/design at 600dpi or higher. Solid black lines only. No gradients or half-tones.

Compact Disc, Zip, or 3 1/2" Floppy Disk:
All disks must be PC format only.

Be sure to include the following:
- Contact Information
- Item Color(s)
- Imprint Color(s)
- Imprint Size (if defined)
- Delivery Date / Event Date

HOW TO ORDER FROM US:

STEP 1: Submit Your Order Information
Submit your order information online using our online form.

STEP 2: Receive Your Order Acknowledgement
Within 1 business day, you will receive an order acknowledgement, payment form, and artwork proof (usually via email). This is sent as either a Microsoft Word or Adobe Acrobat attachment.

STEP 3: Complete Your Order
Print these sheets out, approve them via signature, and fax them back to us to complete your order. If you cannot fax back, we can accept these forms via mail instead.
